Paint Stripper

Wood paint remover spray comes up most often from two buyers: restoration shops stripping 30-year-old oil-based enamel from joinery, and auto body shops stripping OEM lacquer from panels before respray. The honest tradeoff with any DCM-free chemical paint remover aerosol is that it isn't instant. Water-based paint lifts in 5-15 minutes; industrial lacquer or two-pack finishes need 30-60 minutes of dwell time and a second pass. Anyone advertising 30-second paint stripper spray can either contains dichloromethane (banned in the EU and getting banned elsewhere fast) or is lying.

The midwel formula uses NMP plus a glycol ether blend, ~280g/L VOC, ships as 450ml tinplate cans with both a flat spray head and a narrow straw nozzle for moulded details. Coverage on a 450ml can is roughly 5-8 m² on a single thin coat of paint, 2-4 m² on a thick industrial coating. The product is safe on bare wood, ferrous metal, and aluminium; it will mark fibreglass and certain engineering plastics, so we keep a denatured-plastics list in the inner carton instead of soft-pedalling it.

Most of our customers are doing furniture restoration or automotive refinish prep, where 20,000 pcs is the typical annual run. Lead time is 15-20 days for first-time orders (we need a couple of weeks for label compliance work — REACH for EU buyers, California Prop 65 for US buyers). Repeat orders ship in 15 days.

On supply terms: private label paint stripper runs from 20,000 pcs with your artwork. As an OEM paint stripper manufacturer we can produce either the DCM-free grade we normally ship or a faster-biting formulation where your market still permits it, and we will say plainly which one suits your customers rather than let you find out from a complaint. Wholesale paint stripper suppliers and paint stripper distributors buy in 5,000 pcs stock lots in stock at 3-5 working days — the DCM-free grade is the low-MOQ trial order most distributors start with, and a free sample goes out before you price it. Bulk paint stripper buyers and buyers who need a paint stripper wholesale supplier for a full container go the OEM route from 20,000 pcs, where we also act as a paint stripper contract manufacturer for own-brand programmes.

Paint stripper for auto parts stores is a single-can product, so the same label has to work on a shelf and in a 20,000 pcs container run. Buy paint stripper in bulk and the only thing that changes is custom paint stripper formulation; a 5,000 pcs stock lot cannot be reformulated.

Sourcing at origin: the same spec runs ex our paint stripper factory, and as a China paint stripper manufacturer and paint stripper exporter we issue the export pack — SDS, COA and UN-certified packing records — batch by batch through our office.
