Yes — factory visits and third-party audits are welcome. We regularly arrange visits for OEM clients; contact us and we will schedule a tour around your trip. Video factory inspections are also available for remote clients.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means we produce products based on your design and specifications, with your branding. ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) means we provide our existing proven formulas and designs, and you can customize branding, packaging and minor adjustments. Both options are available at Midwel.

Absolutely. We support full private label customization including: can printing, label design, carton packaging, cap color, and nozzle type. Just send us your design files (AI, PDF, or EPS format) and we will handle the rest.
No — the container and the formula come off the same plant, so you are not coordinating a can supplier and a filler. Cans come in straight, necked-in, cone-top and 3-piece formats, in tinplate or aluminum. If you only need the container, we can supply the cans on their own — printed to your artwork, from 5,000 pcs. There is no blank stock to draw from: the print goes onto the sheet before the can is formed, so your artwork is the first step either way.
Yes — toll filling is one of our three order routes. If you already have a formula, or a concentrate produced elsewhere, send us the spec and we run it on the same UN-certified lines, with the same in-process QC and documentation pack as our own programs. Short runs and quick-turnaround windows can be booked between our regular production.

Yes, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Stock samples are free — you cover the freight only. Custom samples require a sample fee, which is refunded against your first bulk order. Sample delivery takes 3-7 days via DHL/FedEx/UPS.
For OEM custom orders: 15-20 days after sample confirmation and deposit receipt. Rush orders can be accommodated with prior arrangement — please contact our sales team to discuss.

Yes, we have extensive experience shipping aerosol products (Class 2.1/2.2 dangerous goods) worldwide. We work with certified dangerous goods freight forwarders and can handle both sea freight and air freight. We provide all necessary documentation including MSDS, the UN 1950 classification report, and dangerous goods declarations.
We offer: 1) Sea freight (most economical for full containers — port-to-port transit is usually 25–40 days depending on destination; production runs 15–20 days from order confirmation, so add the two for door-to-door), 2) Air freight (faster, 5-10 days, suitable for urgent orders), 3) Express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3-7 days, for samples and small orders). We can also ship to your designated freight forwarder in China.
Standard export packaging: each product in individual box/card, then packed in 5-layer corrugated cartons with dividers. Cartons are palletized for sea freight. We can also customize packaging according to your requirements, including Amazon FBA-ready packaging.
We typically ship on FOB or CIF terms, where customs clearance at destination is handled by the buyer or their customs broker. However, we provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, MSDS, certificate of origin) to ensure smooth customs clearance. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is available for certain countries.
Payment terms are agreed per order rather than set at a flat rate — order volume, product structure and the payment instrument all affect what we can offer. We work with T/T, L/C at sight and other arrangements for larger or repeat programmes. Share your target order size with our sales team and we will confirm the terms that come with it. Final terms are recorded in your Proforma Invoice.
