Last updated: September 23, 2026. These terms govern your use of midwel.com and the supply of aerosol products through Midwel.
Eight points decide most aerosol orders — MOQ, samples, payment, shipping, inspection, claims and disputes. Each one links to the binding wording in the full terms below.
Stock SKUs ship first. Custom OEM / private label runs start from 20,000 pcs. Exact MOQ is confirmed per product in your quote.
§3 →Subject to availability. Stock samples are supplied free of charge (freight collect). Custom sample fees are refundable against your first bulk order.
§4 →Terms scale with your order volume and structure. We work with T/T, L/C at sight and other instruments — final terms go into your PI.
§7 →Incoterms follow the latest edition, as agreed in your PI. Risk passes to you per the agreed term.
§6 →Calculated from receipt of your deposit and sign-off of artwork. Figures are estimates, not guarantees.
§6 →Pre-shipment inspection at buyer's cost. Production runs to UN, DOT, CE, REACH, SASO, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
§5 →Any quality claim must reach us in writing within 14 days, with photographs and batch numbers.
§5 →Governed by PRC law. Good-faith negotiation first; unresolved matters go to CIETAC arbitration in English.
§11 →Indicative only. Figures on this page summarise our standard practice and are not an offer. The signed Proforma Invoice governs every order. Where a summary and the full terms differ, the full terms win. One thing we never hide: customs duties, import taxes and destination-country clearance are the buyer's responsibility (§4) — budget for them before you place a bulk order.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of midwel.com ("the Website") and any commercial relationship you enter into with Hangzhou Midwel Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("Midwel", "we", "us").
Midwel operates an authorized export office connecting international buyers with our certified manufacturing partner in China. We do not own or operate the manufacturing facilities directly; production is performed by our contracted manufacturing partner under our quality and compliance oversight.

All product specifications, MOQs, lead times, and pricing displayed on midwel.com are indicative and subject to confirmation by a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) or formal quotation. We do our best to keep information accurate, but reserve the right to correct errors.
Product images and descriptions represent our standard range; custom OEM/ODM specifications will be confirmed per inquiry.

Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is offered on request at the buyer's cost. Quality claims must be filed in writing within 14 days of receipt, with photographic evidence and batch numbers. This notice window is a claim-reporting requirement and does not shorten the separate after-sales replacement or refund commitment published on our FAQ page.
Shipping terms follow the latest edition of Incoterms as agreed in the PI. Most orders ship FOB Ningbo or CIF destination port. Lead times are calculated from receipt of deposit and approved artwork, and are estimates rather than guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm. Title passes upon receipt of full payment.
Payment terms are agreed per order, not applied as a flat rate. Order volume, product structure and the payment instrument all affect what we can offer, and the terms agreed for your order are recorded in the Proforma Invoice, which governs.
We work with T/T, L/C at sight, and other arrangements for larger or repeat programmes. Payment terms are confirmed in writing before production begins.
All content on midwel.com — including product photos, technical drawings, trademarks, and copy — is owned by Midwel or used with permission. Buyers submitting artwork for OEM orders warrant that they own or are licensed to use the artwork; Midwel is not liable for IP infringement claims arising from buyer-supplied artwork.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Midwel's total liability for any claim arising from a commercial relationship shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim. Midwel is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: government action, port closure, pandemic, war, natural disaster, raw material shortage, or labor strike.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Shanghai, in English. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.
We may update these Terms. Material changes affecting existing buyers will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
