The trick of foam is the dwell time — the foam expands and stays up on a vertical surface for about thirty seconds, which is what gives the surfactants time to break down protein and grease stains. The 620ml can is a tinplate can, lined for alkaline formula (pH 10-11 range), with a 45mm foam nozzle so the foam comes out thick enough to hold shape. Surfactant load is somewhere between 3% and 8% depending on how aggressive the formulation needs to be for the target market. We dial that in per order. MOQ is 20,000 pcs.
