Car AC Cleaner

The sour, musty smell people complain about when they switch on the car air conditioner after winter — that tang the cabin filter never seems to fix — is almost always the evaporator core, not the cabin filter. Car AC cleaner aerosol can foam that into the evaporator through the intake vents or the condensate drain, dwell for 30 seconds, and drain out with the condensate. That's what the car air conditioner foaming cleaner is doing: evaporator cleaner spray foam reaching the bit that you can't get to with a wipe.

What this mould removal car AC treatment doesn't fix: ductwork contamination behind the dashboard. If the sour smell returns two weeks after cleaning the evaporator cleaner spray foam, you have a ductwork problem and no aerosol will help — the dashboard has to come out. We get this question from buyers at least once a month and we'd rather say it straight than sell a can twice to a customer who won't be satisfied.

The 450ml tinplate can ships with a 1m long tube (the car AC cleaner aerosol with long flexible wand option), pH 6-8 (anything more acidic will pit the aluminium evaporator fins over time), and the foam stays put on a vertical evaporator for about 20 seconds before it starts to run — enough dwell time to do the job. Quaternary ammonium biocide, around 0.3% concentration, not isothiazolinone (which we've found leaves a film that re-traps odour faster). 4S chains and auto AC shops run this through 200-400 cans per month, reorder monthly. Cold-chain storage under 5°C will not pressurise properly, so we ship with that note on the carton for buyers in cold climates.

On supply terms: private label car AC cleaner runs from 20,000 pcs with your artwork and can colour, including the long flexible tube needed to reach the evaporator through the air intake. As an OEM car AC cleaner manufacturer we set the foam density and the fragrance — lemon is the volume seller and unscented is the safe choice where the customer is a fleet. Wholesale car AC cleaner suppliers and car AC cleaner distributors buy in 5,000 pcs stock lots in stock at 3-5 working days — low MOQ for a first market test, and free samples of both the lemon and the unscented grade go out with the quotation. Bulk car AC cleaner buyers and buyers who need a car AC cleaner wholesale supplier for a full container go the OEM route from 20,000 pcs, where we also act as a car AC cleaner contract manufacturer for own-brand programmes.

Car AC cleaner for auto parts stores is a single-can product, so the same label has to work on a shelf and in a 20,000 pcs container run. Buy car AC cleaner in bulk and the only thing that changes is custom car AC cleaner formulation; a 5,000 pcs stock lot cannot be reformulated.

Sourcing at origin: the same spec runs ex our car AC cleaner factory, and as a China car AC cleaner manufacturer and car AC cleaner exporter we issue the export pack — SDS, COA and UN-certified packing records — batch by batch through our office.
